1. Data controller

2. Data we process

• Waitlist data: email (if you join the waitlist).
• Account data: email, name/nickname (optional), profile photo (optional), sign-in identifiers (Google/Apple).
• Usage content: saved plants, photos/scans, diagnostics, reminders, history.
• Feedback: ideas or comments you submit through our feedback channels.
• Technical and usage data: approximate IP, device type, OS, app version, events, logs, errors.
• Payment data: we don’t store card details; payments are handled by Apple/Google.

3. Purposes

• Provide the service and sync your plant library.
• Process scans and generate plant-related diagnostics.
• Improve the product with analytics and performance metrics.
• Send notifications and reminders based on your preferences.
• Manage the waitlist and launch communications.
• Provide support and protect service security.

4. Providers

We use Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Analytics, Crashlytics) to operate and improve Grovia. For AI we use the OpenAI API. For waitlist and email communications we may use Loops. For collecting and managing feedback we may use UserJot.

5. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your data (including photos/scans). Some technical logs may be retained for a reasonable period for security or legal reasons.

6. Children

Grovia is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required). If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us to remove it.

7. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction, or portability by emailing tirexmobiledev@gmail.com.
