1. Service use
Grovia provides plant identification and care guidance. Content does not replace professional advice.
2. Account and security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity in your account.
3. Subscriptions and payments
- Subscriptions may be weekly and/or yearly, with automatic renewal until canceled.
- Grovia Pro is managed through the App Store and Google Play.
- Renewals and cancellations are handled in your store account.
- Unused purchases are non-refundable unless required by law.
4. User content
You keep ownership of your photos and content. You grant us permission to process them to provide the service (storage, syncing, diagnostics).
5. AI and results
Results may be inaccurate or incomplete. Use them as guidance only.
6. Intellectual property
All Grovia content, trademarks, and designs are protected by copyright.
7. Limitation of liability
Grovia is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from app usage.
8. Children
Grovia is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required).
9. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. We may update them and will notify material changes.
